I am a
quilter/sewist, can I purchase directly from you? We do
not sell direct to individuals and only sell wholesale (business to business).
If you are searching for our fabric collections, please visit
our shop
locator for a list of stores that carry
our line by state. You may also want to try Online
Retailer, or eBay and Etsy. I
am a retailer or manufacturer. How to I order from Dear Stella? Existing customers can
easily register for a login
to order online. If you would like to open a new wholesale account, please complete
this new account application or call 800-466-0666 to speak to a Customer Service
Representative. Our Customer Service team will review your new account application. If approved, Customer Service will follow up with an email to help you
place your first order.
We also have a list of regional sales
reps covering specific
territories in the United States. You can place orders through your regional
sales representative, or directly with us by phone (800-466-0666)
or email. Can you tell me a specific store where I
can purchase a fabric or fabric? If the fabric is
relatively recent, we can assist by reviewing which stores may
have ordered most recently. To
facilitate a search, please provide the full style name and color (e.g.
Stella-1150 Marshmallow). Generally, we recommend
reviewing our shop locator and trying contacting the shops near you. Googling the complete style number
and the word fabric is also a quick way to find retailers who may have stock on a style. If
you are trying to locate one of our out-of-print designs, we recommend
searching online auction sites. Unfortunately, we do not keep an archive
of out-of-print fabrics that we are able to sell to
individuals. Do you have printed
catalog? As our product line changes frequently, our website is our catalog. You
can review our most recent product releases in our Digital
Catalog. I printed out
a free pattern from your website but the templates are too small. What did I do
wrong?Turn off Page Scaling or Fit to Page in the print dialog box to print
the templates at actual size (100%). Be sure to measure your templates to
ensure they are the correct size before cutting.
